Happy September, everyone! Seeing so many of you say you were game for our gratitude listing this month was awesome. I wanted to offer a few more journal prompts for the remainder of the month. Feel free to use any or all of these in your writing practice.
Keep in mind your writing does not need you to perform or fix. Let the pages of your journal bear witness to you. This is your practice, and I hope you lean in with grace, lead with honesty, and stand in self-compassion.
These prompts will help us explore the depths of growth, joy, and gratitude. I hope the support you in processing how you’re feeling to gain more clarity this season. Feel free to come back to this post and share some of your reflections after you unpack them in your journals.
