Genuinely in awe of the timing. I have just written a blog post sharing some parts of my story and things I have learnt. I have been very hesitant to post it and this feels like a little nudge from the universe. Thank you for your kind words of wisdom.

Beautifully written Alex thank you for sharing. Each of us is a sacred container for the divine expression of God. To shine brightly is to bless the Earth with our healing. I actually wrote about authenticity yesterday and feel you’d resonate with it: https://open.substack.com/pub/soulwisdom/p/updated-con-el-sagrado?r=a9uns&utm_medium=ios&utm_campaign=post

Thank you! Exactly why I'm writing a book. And thank you for the reminder, my daily life sometimes needs this gentle nudge

Needed this. As my work is growing I am leaning in to the fact I can grow more into myself. "There is profound strength in not being everyone's cup of tea." This is a reminder that I am enough and I am what's needed.

This made me weep, laugh with joy and feel empowered all at once! I am 63 years young and always have been the odd one. Socially awkward, introvert, too talkative, not talkative enough, too smart, not smart...ugh! Never right for anyone! Yet, as I’ve aged I have learned I love me. I work with animals and am damn good at my job even though the younger Techs seem unwilling to learn. I love this body that sees me through every minute of every beautiful, blessed day, I love my sister who makes me laugh and tells me marriage and men are over rated anyway, I love the quiet sky, the gentle rain, my dog when I walk him and he turns and barks once in joy, my cat who curls up deep into my neck late at night, my small neighborhood that is rejuvenating with young families and most of all I love the weirdness of me. Because? I am. And how lucky is that❤️🩷❤️🩷

This is a wonderful piece of writing to start my week! I loved the paragraph under growth:

“Remember, our lives are often mirrors for one another. When we are mindful and intentional, we reflect back the vast possibilities of freedom. Some folks may not have envisioned for their life yet. Living authentically, and leading with our truth, makes us catalysts of change, healing, and growth.”

A great reminder that just flowing through life being authentically who we are CAN make a difference.

I appreciate this so deeply today. This is everything I feel about what I’m being called to on Substack, and it can be so easy to get caught up and lost in what others are doing and how they are doing it, and how I can do it better. Thank you for the reminder that doing it as me is what will bring in the people it is for. ❤️

Beautifully articulated. Thank you Alex. I couldn't find a morning meditation that connected with me on Insight Timer today. Which is unusual. Nothing resonated. And then I read this -which was all and everything I needed. I am going to print it out and keep coming back to it today for that strength and remembering we all need at times. Jo 🙏🪻

Released on my birthday - the call to action that I've needed! Thank you for sharing ♥

So beautifully said. There is always a point in which it becomes far harder to ignore or our own growth than it does to embrace it.

What a beautiful piece. Just the mirror I needed tonight. Selective resonance...beautiful essence, that sentence is holy fire, thank you.

'even in you feel lost, you wont go in circles forever' So poignant. It's so easy to get stuck in our own negative self-talk. Such an important reminder that authenticity is truly all that matters, thank you
